`Categories` Full Usage: `Categories` Field type: `LogCategory list`	Category whitelist. Empty list = "all categories" per the default filter (FR-005a). Presence of LOG_CATEGORY_UNSPECIFIED → INVALID_ARGUMENT (FR-007). Field type: `LogCategory list`
